Steel-and-glass doors by Euroline Steel Windows & Doors fold open to the rear terrace and large courtyard. A board-form concrete fireplace—constructed by the project’s builders, Matthew Pierce and Stephen Stone—anchors the terrace. The teak sofa, armchairs, coffee table and pendant are by RH.
