Our favorite restaurant in Brussels. So good, we went twice in 3 days. This prosucitto and melon salad was so fresch + delicious
As one of the oldest pubs in Brussels and just a walk from our hotel and Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, we came to this restaurant (which I think translates from French to "To The Good Old Times") twice. The omelettes were great; I always got the mushroom and cheese one. We tried different beers each time we went, and the glass for the Belgian beer Brasserie D'Achouffe was too cute not to snap a picture of. It makes me think of Snow White for sure.

Ventured to Philly for my 21st birthday brunch with my roommates and family! As a meal, I got the delicious Turkey Avocado Melt. Before that, we went crazy with the appetizers! Our favorites were the Sriracha Bacon Candy and Creamy Mushroom Soup (we ordered a second because we loved it even though soup is hard to split 4 ways!).
Featured on Chef's Table, South Philly Barbacoa's Cristina Martinez makes damn good barbacoa. These tacos truly changed my life. As a group of five hungry girls, we got 3/4 kilos of lamb barbacoa (meat from all parts of the lamb) and pancita (spicy lamb and turkey sausage), 24 tortillas (made from special Mexican corn smuggled into the country), onions, cilantro, lime, nopales, salsa verde, salsa roja, 3 bowls of consomé (incredible lamb broth soup), a quesadilla, tamale canarios, and horchata.

I went here based on a list of Hamptons recommendations from Ina Garten. Needless to say, the Barefoot Contessa did NOT steer me wrong. The lobster roll was pricey, but unprecedented. The roll was perfectly buttered. The chips were crisp. The lobster was fresh. The views were incredible. We got a crudite platter as well, which was also mind-blowing. The dijonnaise and radishes were my favorite part, and the platter was so good that I tried to replicate it at home. I owe Ina a huge thank you.
