Egg Nog Fudge
Egg Nog Fudge - 2 c sugar ½ c unsalted butter ¾ c egg nog pinch salt 11 oz white choc, chopped ½ tsp nutmeg 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme 1 tsp rum extract Directions: Line 8-inch pan w/ parchment. Combine sugar, butter, egg nog & salt over md heat. Boil, stirring constantly 8 to 10 min, until 234 F (soft ball), remove. Add chocolate & nutmeg stir til smooth. Add creme & rum. Beat til blended, pour in pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Let cool, then refrig until firm. Store in frig.
