Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 scoop protein powder (I used Vital Proteins Plant Protein Powder) 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate 1 tablespoon nut butter Peanuts (optional) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the protein powder until well combined. If you want some sweetness or your protein powder is unsweetened, add honey or maple syrup. 2. Melt chocolate chips 3. I like to make double this recipe and just keep them in the freezer for when I’m craving something sweet. Makes 8-10 bites Per bite 126 kcal 2.3G protein Ingredients - 2 large banana - 200g Greek yoghurt@ - 1 tsp vanilla - 150g dark chocolate @lindtuk - Pinch of sea salt Whip the vanilla into the Greek yoghurt and then gently stir in the sliced banana.
