Here are two of my hands-down favorite lower body muscle-building exercises that can really help: 1️⃣ Single Leg Dead Lift: Targets your hamstrings, glutes, and core 👍 2️⃣ Squat to Chair: Great for building quad and glute strength. Whilst you can definitely work these smaller muscles remember that the body works as a whole, not in isolation, so compound movements will strengthen all the lower body leg muscles - quads, hamstrings, glutes etc as well as these adductors✔️ 1️⃣Lateral lunge & reach 2️⃣Sumo squat pulses 3️⃣Lateral lunge knee drive 4️⃣Weighted lateral lunges 5️⃣Sumo squat with elevated heels 6️⃣Wall hold with ball squeeze 7️⃣Side lying hip adduction 8️⃣Curtsy lunge leg raise 💪🏻ADD IT TO YOUR WEEKLY WORKOUT PLAN: Add these exercises to your Leg Day or as a spicy finisher!
