Here’s how to make it: - 20 shrimp, deveined & tails on - zest of 1 lemon - 1 tsp cumin - 1/2 tsp cayenne - pinch of saffron - pinch of kosher salt - 2 tbsp unsalted butter - 1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced - 1 shallot, thinly sliced - 4 garlic cloves, minced - 1 15oz can cannelini beans, drained - 14oz crushed tomatoes - 1/2 cup water - 1 tsp sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - salt, to taste - juice of 1 lemon - chopped parsley, to garnish Process: 1. They're native to Ireland, cheap (this whole bag was 5 quid in @fallonandbyrne at the fish counter), and you can do them in so many different ways. Im doing these with lots of shallot, garlic, small Calabrian chillis, 'nduja and then finishing with some tarragon and preserved lemon. Spicy, briny, bright, delicious, and ready in no time flat. I'll be making this again. On another note, I really appreciate the response these videos have been getting and there's a lot of new followers joining daily, which is cool.
