(This original video was produced by Network Media, LLC and Kyle & Mistie) | By My Life | That's one pound of Velveeta and you're going to top that with some fresh chicken and just spread that out so it's around our cheese. Now, you're going to take a can of the Rotel tomatoes. Just dump that in. This has the chilies in it as well so it's a little bit spicy. Now, we're going to take one can of cream of chicken and this is the healthy request kind. So, it's a little bit better for you. We are making a lighter, healthier version of chicken spaghetti today. We're going to top that with a can of cream of mushroom. Again, it's the healthy request kind. It's got less sodium and less fat and now I'm going to take my pasta. This is the angel hair pasta and it's actually the healthier version, high protein. We're just going to break that in half because the whole thing doesn't quite fit into the pot but we want to get it all in there. High protein angel hair. High protein. So, everything that we're using in here is a lighter, healthier version. That velveeta cheese was also healthier because it's low fat. Mmm 60% less And now we're going to use some chicken broth. This is 2 cups. And really you just need to have enough broth to be able to saturate our noodles and you could use the low sodium kind to make that healthier and you're just going to kind of spread that out making sure all of our noodles are covered in the in the broth and there's one more thing I'm going to top this with. It's in the top shelf on the fridge. Would you get it for me please? You'll see it right on top. Alright, let's see. Uh I bet you it's this. Yes. Jeez. Once again, a little bit healthier. We're using the reduced fat version. This is the fiesta blend. It's a nice combination of cheeses especially with something like this. It's going to give it a nice kick. We've got those rotel tomatoes and fiesta blend cheese. Now, we're going to cook this on high for one and a half to two hours and it's okay to stop in the middle and give it a stir. Every Crockpot's different. Yours might take a little bit less time depending on how big it is. This is a four-court Crockpot but it's going to be delicious. Alright, y'all. This ended up cooking really. You know what? You went went really, you changed things. So, go ahead. Five, four, Y'all our chicken spaghetti is ready. Now, I use the really thin angel pear pasta so that means that it cooked fast. An hour and a half is all we needed on high. Let's take a look. You do want to stop and stir halfway through and I'm going to give it one more stir now. Look at that cheese just melts perfectly. Look at that. Look at that deliciously cheesy meal. Wow. This does not get any better than this. I can't wait to try it. Now, the cubed chicken cooks nicely. You could also make this in a way where you do the full chicken breasts and you could shred the chicken and after you've that, then you could add the cooked pasta for the last half hour. If you're worried about your pasta being too mushy, you could do that but I think this turned out perfectly and we're about to find out with taste test. Alright, here we go. Kyle's a little nervous because I am a big cheese lover but Kyle on the other hand is not as much of a fan of cheese and chicken spaghetti is very cheesy but what I like about the the blend of flavors in this is that the the tomatoes. The rotel tomatoes really give it a nice kick because there's some chilis in there. I think you're going to like it. I used to eat this all the time in Mississippi. It's a real thing. It's a real thing. Same way in a Crockpot. Never in the Crockpot. I only made this in the oven. You could do this in the oven as well. This is rotel chicken or chicken spaghetti You want the first bite? Sure. Okay, here we go. I think you're going to like it. Get a good piece of chicken there. Get some of the tomato. That is very cheesy. It's very good though. The pasta's not overdone. I think it's perfect. But if you want your pasta a little bit more firm, just put that in there for the last half hour to have cheese on my face. No. I feel like I do. Oh maybe. You want a more another bite? Yeah another bite. There you go. Chicken spaghetti y'all. Throw it in the Crockpot. You've got dinner ready before you know it. This took an hour and a half to two hours tops on high. You want to cook it on low? You could do that as well. Go four or 5 hours. I think this is a good meal. This is definitely a success. Who knew chicken spaghetti? Yummy yummy. Mm.
