I created this list of whole30 pantry staples for my own use, but it might be helpful to you! It includes a variety of items that are easy to find and keep on hand. This is not an all-inclusive list; there are many other food items available that would also be good choices.

When I meal prep my protein for the week I like to make it in bulk and keep the preparation simple.
