I needed a 21st birthday card and nothing in my stash seemed quite right for the young lady I wanted it for. Inspirational rescue came in the form of the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. The balloons were a bit of an experiment with watercolour pencils. I wanted to get the effect of light hitting the balloon, so I stamped them on shimmery white cardstock, coloured them with pencil and used a blender pen on them. Hi All, Just wanted to let you know that I have been making some cards. I made a couple of 21st Birthday cards last week. I had fun making the dress as I struggled to try and find a template online anywhere that looked nice & balanced.......so I made my own! Very happy with the result. This was a book-ring card that I made for a friends daughter. She is a musician so I thought I would stick with that. Guitar is a jolees sticker along with the music notes and embossing done with the happy birthday cuttlebug folder. The letters are from the Opposites Attract cartridge with the cricut and then some ribbons tied around the book-rings. I think it is very effective and different from your every day flat cards.

Good Morning Friends The request of designer paper share and ribbon was a popular request these past few weeks. I have all the detail below. Today card is using one of my favorite paper the Wood Texture I love this stack of paper. The Wood Textures is a stack of 6 x 6 with 12 design all included in the paper share.
