Não precisa falar mais nada, ou melhor, vou fazer a minha resenha: Pulo corda todos os dias 15 min, antes eu corria 15 min na esteira alternando (andava 2 min e corria 1min bem rápido) mas os resultados estavam demorando demais então, larguei pra lá e fui pular corda todos os dias, depois de uns 2 meses vi que meu corpo começou a mudar muito rápido, perdi muita medida!
