The scrolling surmount of old brilliant and single-cut diamonds, suspending three graduating lines of single-cut diamonds, two terminating in an oval mixed-cut sapphire, the central one terminating in a circular pierced cluster decorated with circular and calibré-cut sapphires and single-cut diamonds, with fitted case.
