Watch out Lowe's, here come many teachers your way! Paint strips to make 5/10 frames! Easy-peasy bookmarks So, how many times a day are we asked...What time do we go to lunch? When do we go home? Here is the answer to our problem, just refer them to this wall! Love this idea for reviewing word families Not sure if it will work, but it is worth a try! Genius!! Replace the pictures with presidents or famous people. You can make up que cards to help them out. Great review!

Teach Laugh Plan
Hello Fabulous Friends, As I sit here meal prepping and for the week, I keep stopping and just vegging on the couch. I cannot stop thinking of yesterday's events in Charlottesville. My heart hurts and I feel literally sick to my stomach (no, its not from my cooking) that it is 2017 and such ugly ignorance still remains in our country. As I am typing this I am weeping from pain. Communication Journal, Notes, Etc.
I feel like I've been neglecting my poor Bloggy... I've just been busy creating!! Inside of my STRIPE Books I will be putting a communication journal. Basically I fold my cover in half so it makes the front of back of the book, then I copy lots of the lined paper, cut it, and staple it inside. I always have the kids keep these in their 'Bring Back' side and if Mom/Dad write in it, they turn it into the homework bin or in this year's case, homework drawer. It's easy and a great way to keep…
Geography Vocabulary Foldable Assignment and Rubric
What are "foldables"? "Foldables" are interactive graphic organizers. I have been using them with my students for years because they are colorful, help students manipulate new information, and provide a very useful tool for learning. They can be used in many different ways and students always enjoy making and using these learning tools. One website that explains "foldables" in more detail is Dinah Zike's site, Dina-Might Adventures. Students will be making foldables in math and social…
