These Bike Chain Cacti are welded onto a steel plate which is sanded to sit well on a flat surface. The rocks are hand made from nail heads, screws, nuts, and all sorts of scraps. The grass is normally made with sheet metal and screws or nails. I gather the bike chains from local bike shops and scrap yards. I normally brush and clean these before applying a clear coat to keep from further rusting. If you would like it to rust send me a message and I'll hold off on the clear coat. Each…
