The Miles Circuit With A Labor & Delivery Nurse | The Labor Mama
The Miles Circuit can be really helpful in getting your baby in the best position for birth (which is OA or LOA). When baby is in this position, they can put good, equal pressure on your cervix (which can start contractions) and baby can descend more “easily” through the birth canal when those contractions start. • • The full circuit actually takes 90 minutes (30 in each position). • • If you feel you can’t do the full 90 minutes, consider starting with 10 or 15 mins in each position!
