In 1957, 11 year-old Joanna and 6 year-old Jacqueline Pollock were killed in a car accident. A year later, their mother gave birth to twins Jennifer and Gillian. The younger twin, Jennifer, had birth marks on her body in exactly the same place as Jacqueline had. The twins then started requesting toys belonging to the deceased girls which they had no prior knowledge of. The twins even asked to go to a park they have never been to before (but their deceased sisters have).
Jimmie Sue Smith, murdered in 1981. Jimmie had lunch with her mother and then went home to sunbathe in the garden. She spoke to a friend at 2.30pm, but when the friend arrived an hour later there was no answer at the door. Her mother returned at 5pm and found Jimmie dead in a closet. She had been tied up, possibly strangled, and shot 6 times. An orange VW had been seen in the area and also parked in the family's driveway that afternoon. Sadly, her killer has never been found.
The story behind this odd image is that an old woman kept spotting a figure in white hovering in her backyard. She told family and friends about the apparition, but no one believed her. Tired of being dismissed, the woman grabbed a camera and captured the ghost in the photo above.

It’s easy to get the feeling that this unusual grave magnetically beckons visitors to come closer. This is the most visited grave in the entire cemetery, mainly due to a legend about how it’s the final resting place for a witch named “Bessie.”
