United States Navy
Collection by Sue Fessler
I joined the Navy in 1964 went to basic training in Bainbridge, Maryland, Dental Tech school in San Diego, California. I was sent to Saint Albans Naval Hospital in 1965 then transferred to Balboa Naval Hospital in 1966. All these duty stations have closed except Balboa Naval Hospital. Would love to see some PINS anyone may have of any of these bases, especially from the 60's. Thanks in advance. Would also love to see some pins from 1968 when the USS Carter Hall returned to Long Beach.
