Comfort Bake – MMMMMM
Flaky breakfast bake. 5 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (like the Pillsbury flaky kind), 4 scallions, 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon or sausage. 11×17 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until no longer runny.

Frozen Smoothie Packs: Freeze Greek Yogurt in mini-muffin tin or ice cube trays (1 tbsp per cube) & pre-freeze fresh fruit. Then create ziploc packs w/ 1.5 cups frozen fruit & 3 yogurt cubes. Mix in ground flax or steel cut oats w/ yogurt before freezing or toss in some almonds or almond butter to each bag.
