Being 'on the road'.One of the great metaphors for the journey of life.Roads go through, over, under, around; roads are empty, crowded, smooth,bumpy, barely usable, narrow and claustrophobic, wide and disorienting.....Obstacles can be discouraging, but what we learn along the way about overcoming obstacles is how we build our lives. May we all reach our destinations in our own way,in our own time and may we find help and possibly love along the way.The journey itself,the road,is the whole point.
