Harlequin Makeup by Tina Brocklebank

I couldn't find a good enough picture of just the circle blush, so this will have to do. Good for Mrs. Mother is we don't do masks.
I love how the neck piece fits into the collar, and then becomes a bodice silouette
What if the fringe skirt we discussed had fringe of different lengths and/or thicknesses like this?
Maybe not a rope exactly, but it would be cool if we had something like this and maybe whoever was walking on the rope, could have an umbrella.
For some reason, as much as I hate clowns or anything that even resembles them, I think masquerade ball/harlequin makeup stuff like this is so cool!
