#YogaTutorial : #mermaidpose in #lowlunge  Tips:  1) Stay in low lunge for as long as you need to to stretch out your quad  2) Instead of leaning back into the backbend, think of curling your chest UP and back.  3) If back knee hurts, pad it with a thin towel for extra support.
