5 xícaras (450g) de aveia crua (aveia rápida) 1 1/3 xícaras (340g) de manteiga de amendoim 250ml de creme de coco ou leite 3 colheres de sopa de mel  1 Abrir um pacote ou uma lata de creme de coco. Bater até a mistura ficar lisa. 2 Adicioar o mel e misturar bem. 3 Adicionar a manteiga de amendoim e misturar tudo com uma colher. 4 Adicionar aveia crua e misturar bem. Pode ser necessário usar as mãos. 5 Alisar a mistura num prato. 6 Levar ao frigurifico durente a noite (ou mínimo de 2 horas)…

Peanut butter Protein balls (makes 12-15 balls) 1 cup quick cooking oats 1/2 cup flaxseed 1 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup pecan pieces Combine all of the ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Roll into bite sized balls. Pop one in your mouth when you’re in need of a healthy pick-me-up snack!
