KIERAN KINSELLA works out of his one-man studio in upstate New York. Using fallen trees from around the studio, he turns and carves walnut, oak, ash and maple into side tables and stools. Using a handful of different forms, each stool remains unique to the characteristic of the natural material. Also available is a new collection of cast porcelain stumps in oxidation glazes.

Atelier JMCA, a Parisian architecture & design studio, have designed a creative solution for a restaurant in Paris. The designers were challenged by the restaurant’s confined space, and had to be meticulous and inventive. One of their solutions was a long cantilevered prism, that acts as a table and a counter/bar.
