I grow up with this amazing tasty buttery Portuguese Biscuit it was perfect with my milk but now as an adult I enjoy it with my cup of coffee are it's also perfect with a cup of tea they are great any time of the day!
This is the Portuguese version of a dunking cookie. They are delicious, buttery cookies. Originally from Sao Miguel in the Azores, my Av (Grandpa) on my fathers side was a baker for many years in Montreal.
c sugar stick butter 3 eggs 3 c flour 2 tsp baking soda. Preheat oven to Wisk wet ingredients together then mix in with dry ingredients. Kneed dough ( should not stick to hands.if so add more flour)and form into donut shape.
