I always add a scoop of protein powder instead of cottage cheese, and a Tbsp of milled Flaxseed and Tbsp chia seeds. Also, I tend to do the recipe, which yields 12 pancakes.

Protein Pancakes (no flour).  I've been making the Oatmeal Pancakes regularly, but this is my new favorite.  It's very similar, but you also add protein powder.  I used vanilla.  I make them according to the recipe if I'm going to use sugar-free raspberry jelly on them.  If I'm eating them plain, I add nutmeg and ground cloves to the recipe.  Wonderful!
