After a nearly two hour run on a Tuesday in the heat here are my tips for Mileage Motivation one for each mile tonight:  1. Get Lost  2. Explore  3. Run Trails  4. Commit to a group run (like @lukeslocker)  5. Pump some new tunes (my summer fave is @wearecairo)  6.
