Cinnamon Oat Bars Super easy! This only made 4 bars. Easy to customize. Follow instructions for cooking 1/2 cup of oatmeal (with 1 cup of milk, no salt). I added a half teaspoon of cinnamon while it was cooking. Transfer it to a baking dish, spread pretty thin. Then bake at 350F for 10 minutes. I drizzled honey on mine, and baby ate his plain. To customize, mix in chunks of apple, blueberries, or whatever you want. I might try chocolate chips next time (just for me!).
