When I was little I remember my mum telling me of the delicious little baby veggies that her father used to bring in for supper from their garden plot. I love to do this too as seedling-baby-micro greens are bursting with nutrition health and are so alive!!! It's very easy to grow seedlings and thinning them is actually a necessary part of growing plants from seeds. Once the seedlings start to come up they will need to be thinned. Wash and trim off the roots of the seedlings you pull out…

We are obsessed with happy eggs and microgreens so it is only natural that we pair them together. Breakfast can be just as awesome without gluten. Our 10yr old son loves microgreens to the moon and back. How is/was breakfast at your end? hopefully something deliciously healthy :) . On my way to Las Vegas this morning for a quick trip to #packexpo2015 checking out what is new in the market to help with packing our freshly made organic food. #yummyspoonfuls #lifewithkids #organic #homemade…

It contains red clover, alfalfa, broccoli, fenugreek, sesame, & garlic chive. Wow! My nursing days are over but I am curious enough to order some anyway :)

Take a sweet potato and stick three toothpicks in the sides around the middle. Set it in a glass jar with water filled to the middle of the potato. Then just watch. It will grow both roots and leaf sprouts. And it only takes a week or so to see results.
