Guess whose super happy she took ten minutes over the weekend to make a BOATLOAD of veggie stock!? It's fuhreezing this week and coming home nightly to a warm bowl of nutrient rich stock has been #blissful. Made with homemade bison bone broth I simply combined chopped veg water and broth on low heat in the #crockpot overnight.
