Bible journaling is an opportunity to share what you are going through and how God's using it for His glory.

Genesis is basically a book of human disasters and a God who keeps his promises in spite of them.  Don't get me wrong there are some massive examples of human faith and goodness in here too! But it's very reassuring that any one part of this taken in isolation paints a dark and gloomy picture but if I step back and see the big picture is held together by God's faithfulness and that Jesus arrives way down this family tree it sure gives me hope and perspective for my own mess and dark days…

"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” This is such a popular verse, so of course I’ve seen it before. Doing the @rockthisrevival study of Esther, had me reading further and deeper. I actually like something that Esther says in response to Mordecai. "When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” If I perish, I perish.   If I was in that same situation, I’m afraid I might be like,
