I like when people share their easy go-to meals since meal planning is the pits. So here is one of our favorites we call deconstructed Greek. Grilled chicken, cucumber, red pepper, tomatoes, feta, and Ina Garten's tzatziki sauce served with pita chips. I could eat it daily.
