Today's yumminess is the @fitgirlsguide #saladenicoiseredux  my other half doesn't like tuna so I stuffed the peppers with cous cous sundried tomatoes and feta with a side of cashew nuts almond stuffed olives avocado slices cucumber and spinach. A perfect balance of carbs protein & healthy fats!

When you can't find rice paper wraps for the #fitgirldetox #steaksaladdippers and have to improvise with a sheet of nori  oh dear.. It did strangely work..  But I think I'll stick to using it for sushi  ..seaweed and beef just aren't the power couple I was hoping they'd be :p what's for dinner @amanda_fitgirl @fitgirl_schlingo & @fitgirl_fuzzy?
