This is my super late #WOMP for the beautiful @fitgirl_fi & @machinegunkrista  I'm currently sat with a big sexy coffee but this is what I was eating when you tagged  me and the Mr had such a lovely meal out  for the first time ever I ordered totally clean and got mozzarella avocado & tomato with a tomato and basil marinade for starter and a super food salad with chicken and a red pepper dressing (I skipped the dressing on the side and brought half my chicken home for the kitty ) omg! it was…

When you really want #fitgirlpesto but haven't got any basil on hand and your avocado has seen better days..  Cue... Red pepper chilli & tomato pesto!  Although I guess it's more of a marinade/sauce  I also subbed salmon for grilled chicken and added in some green beans for extra yum!
