One of my fave 5 minute meals a bed of spinach lettuce & sesame seeds topped with a mix of edamame cannellini flageolet & adzuki beans chickpeas red peppers feta garlic olive oil & chilli. So quick to make and totally delicious

I make this ALL the time when I'm in need of a quick and healthy lunch all you need is a tin of chickpeas (drained) and chunks of feta cheese and you're ready to add whatever veg you have to hand! I LOVE adding sundried tomatoes olives and grated lemon or sweet potato and butternut squash if you've any other yummy chickpea recipes... Let me know #kindasortaobsessed

One of my favourite flavour combinations garlic feta sundried tomato oregano & lemon zest yum! It works so well with chicken (or quorn fillets) in a a sweet potato in a wrap on its own or just anything! I think I may be obsessed...

One of my fave combos - egg avo and tomato Oh #eggmcfitfun you know the way to my heart.. I skipped the cheese and English muffin for a wholemeal roll and added cherry tomatoes with a sprinkle of black pepper & oregano definitely has to be one of my fave breakfasts!!

Finally got to have my #veggiepowerbowl brown rice with chickpeas hummus & paprika 2 chicken strips & lettuce cucumber tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. I'm absolutely STUFFED
So this is the #fitgirlsguide super veggie power bowl (....or plate in this case) we've got marinated Moroccan chicken with brown rice roasted peppers onions and kidney beans with a side of spinach and cucumber! I swapped the hummus out for a low cal dressing so I can have it with carrots later delish!!
