Chamorro Dessert: Calami  By: Jennifer Camacho    Ingredients: 4 cups water 2 cups Corn starch 6 heaping Tablespoons Sugar 1 - 2 drops (red) Food coloring ( color optional) 3 cups Coconut milk   Boil 4 cups of water w/ 6tbs sugar & food coloring, mix 2 cup cornstarch w/ 3 cups coconut milk stirring until creamy & thick. Put it in a tray or foam plate. Garnish by sprinkling cinnamon on top.  Let chill then serve.
