I'm just getting back into working out so this is killer for me!! I'm doing it first just the first ab portions and stopping just before they roll over into the superman position on their stomachs. And in doing to my own pace no music yet- AND I was gonna try to do reps of just that first section but I only made it half way through the second time :S gotta start somewhere right?!
