1 Parsley for garnish if desired, fresh

1 Bell or cubanelle pepper, medium-sized sweet red
1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt, regular
Dairy
6 tbsp Butter
1 cup Heavy cream
Beer, Wine & Liquor
2 tbsp White wine, light
Liquids
2 cups Water
Other
1 (slightly rounded) cup sliced sweet baby carrots
approx. 1 1/2 lbs. (or 2 1/2 - 3 cups/whatever you have on hand) leftover roast turkey (or chicken), pulled or large diced
