So I absolutely LOVE my garmin watch. It comes with a free computer program that logs your runs when you download them. From the watch and the program you can get all the information you ever wanted.... your average pace, overall time, lap times, elevation, distance, average heart rate, a map of heart rate and pace over distance. Its really cool. I find it helps motivate me. Especially when I look back at what I was doing last year to set new goals.
