Mix all ingredients together well and then stir in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips. Pour into a muffin tray and bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Stir well, cover & refrigerate overnight. Garnish with your favorite fresh fruit the next morning!

Chocolate topping ~ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup maple syrup. Makes 12 tasty cups!
