Paleo and Keto "Peanut butter" Easter Egg - 3 squares of 90% Lindt Chocolate USA Chocolate - 4-5 Tbsp of Almond butter (Homemade) Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave by zapping it for 10s intervals until melted. Coat the egg moulds with a thin layer of the melted chocolate. Wait a few minutes for it to harden. Fill each egg with almond butter. Cover the eggs with the remaining chocolate and leave in the fridge for 1h.
