Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving! Turkey dinner #1 is complete. My turkey was rubbed with a sage, rosemary butter and roasted until the skin was crisp and the meat was juicy. The sides were roasted cauliflower, brussel sprouts, carrots, baked sweet potatoes and a beet salad. Now time for pie!  #HappyThanksgiving #ThanksgivingTurkey

A rainy Sunday called for an umbrella while grilling today. ☔️☔️☔️ Pork tenderloin in a soya sauce, mustard, brown sugar, ginger & garlic marinade. Corn, brushed with lemon, basil, chilli, butter and evoo. Peaches with balsamic and roasted evoo tomatoes (not pictured, pierogies fried with onions and bacon). Asparagus is in season and we are lucky to have our own local supplier who has been on her farm for 68 years! Tonight we did asparagus and egg pizza on the bbq with ricotta, prosciutto and goat cheese! @zimmysnook
