"We've hit a milestone - Day 30! For brunch, I had scrambled eggs with semi sweet plantains and two slices of prosciutto. I would be lying if I didn't say I kind of want something off plan and if I was doing a regular whole30 like in the past, I would probably order some Thai food tomorrow. But this is EXACTLY why I know I need to stay on plan and stay committed to this Whole100. I don't want to negate the positive changes going on and I can't wait to see what my results will be like 70 days…
