Be sure to mash the avocado heaps (make it as smooth as possible) before adding the drinking chocolate. Freezes well too (stays a little bit soft). Keeps incredibly well. After a week it still tasted delicious and not at all like avocado. It's very filling so you only need a bit (so it lasts a while). Good with creme de menthe too.
