Chocolate Avocado Mousse: So incredibly easy! Two ingredients! People have no idea it's made of avocado because it tastes just like mousse. Be sure to mash the avocado heaps (make it as smooth as possible) before adding the drinking chocolate. Freezes well too (stays a little bit soft). Keeps incredibly well. After a week it still tasted delicious and not at all like avocado. It's very filling so you only need a bit (so it lasts a while). Good with creme de menthe too.
