Greek Yogurt Alfredo Sauce-This was AMAZING!! I couldn't believe it's the healthy version. I made a few changes to the recipe. I used 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, added a few dashes of Cayenne Pepper and I used 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan in the sauce. I also added a bit more greek yogurt and chicken stock because I put chicken breasts in the pasta too. I will definitely make this again!!

Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe Ingredients: 3 c mashed sweet potatoes 1 c brown sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp vanilla ½ c milk ½ melted butter Topping: ½ cup brown sugar 1/3 c flour 1/3 c melted butter 1 c chopped pecans Preparation: 1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Blend thoroughly and pour into a buttered 1 ½ to 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top. 3. Back at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned. 4. Serves 6 to 8.
