Fried taters and onions! A true classic! Honestly doesn’t even need to be a side dish because they are the main dish!
    • 5-6 potatoes of your choice
    • 1 onion
    • Garlic
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Smoked paprika
    • Aleppo pepper
    • Cajun seasoning
    Onion powder
      Season with your heart!
        I hate giving measurements on seasonings because what I like someone else might like so my biggest advice is season the potatoes, cook them a little, taste and adjust as you go!
          How to:
          • Start by chopping your potatoes, onions and rough mincing your garlic! In a skillet or regular pan on medium high heat, add some oil and let it get nice and hot!
          • Season up your potatoes while the skillet is heating up!
          • Throw the potatoes in the skillet, give it a good mix in the oil and cover with a lid! Let that cook for 10 minutes.
          • Remove the lid, add your onions and cook for another 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, add your garlic and cook for about 2-3 more minutes!
          • Plate and devour 😍
