Garlic Chicken in the Crockpot--3-4 lbs of chicken (Large pack of legs ideal.), 1 large onion, sliced, 1 Tbs. olive oil, 2 tsps. paprika, 2 tsps kosher salt, 1 tsp pepper, 20-40 garlic cloved, peeled---Toss onions in bottom of crockpot. In large bowl, mix chicken with other ingredients. Put chicken in crockpot on top of onions. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Serve garlic and onions over angel hair pasta; garlic is good smeared on hot bread.

Ingredients 1/3 cup Soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic Preparation 1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until mixed 2. Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, refrigerate up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired
