Focke-Wulf FW 200 Condor. This plane was developed by Kurt Tank to meet a Lufthansa requirement for a 26 passenger long-range airliner. Two pre-series aircraft were delivered to Sindicato Condor SA of Brazil as PP-CBI Abaitara and PP-CBJ Arumani. These aircrafts operated most in south Brazil together with a fleet of 17 JU 52. After the outbreak of war, most of these germans planes were replaced by Douglas DC-3, due the lack of spare parts to keep these machines in flying conditions.
