Kievan noble ladies (12th-13th century), The first lady is wearing her venets crown over her ubrus. The second lady is wearing a shuba over her rubakha, with long kolty hanging form her fur lined cap. The third lady is wearing a brocade and embroidered letnik with deep winged sleeves; her kokoshnik is a jeweled and embroidered cloth of gold on a leather base. Women didn't wear earring but the ornate "temple ornaments" from their hats and circlets. Note the ornately embroidered shoes.
