Peachy Strawberry Protein Smoothie: *1 Cup Whole Frozen Strawberries, *1/2 Cup Frozen Peaches, *1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, *1 Cup Ice, *1/2 Tsp Vanilla, *1 Packet Stevia or 1 Tbsp of Honey, *1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder.

Try this healthy breakfast or snack: Blueberry Blast Smoothie -1 cup frozen blueberries -1/2 cup of milk (if you want it to be thicker do 1/4 cup of whipping cream and 1/4 milk) -1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt (I use Danon) -1 tsp of honey Mix in blender (or you can use a magic bullet if you have one) until the blueberries are ground up. It's delicious and healthy!
