A Stunning Siberian Nephrite Casket by Carl Faberge, an Imperial acquisition bought by Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna. Nephrite was highly prized by the Russians and could only be worked by lapidaries with special permission from the Hermitage Palace. It is accompanied by a purpurine dish also by Faberge.
A Hardstone Bonbonniere by Carl Faberge, set with diamonds in the form of a quince. Originally purchased by Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna on Christmas Eve, 1900. It was later acquired by King Farouk of Egypt.
