Wedding of Tsar Nicolas II and Alexandra by Laurits Tuxen - Alexandra & Nicholas were wed in the Grand Church of the Winter Palace of St Petersburg on 26 November, 1894.  Alexandra became Empress of Russia on her wedding day, but the coronation was not until 14 May 1896.
