Corn Tortillas _ Ingredients: 232 g masa harina (8.18 oz.) 285 g water (10.0 oz) pinch salt some more water as needed Directions: Mix flour, water, and salt together with your hands, add more water if necessary until you can get a good workable ball of dough. Cover and let rest 15 minutes. Dip your hands in water to handle the dough without sticking and split the dough into 8 – 10 sections and roll them into balls. Keep them all under plastic wrap until you are ready to roll them out.
