Horton Tower (Sturts Folly) Horton, Dorset. This 140 foot, 6 story tower was created by Humphrey Sturt in 1750.It is said he created this when he got old and could no longer follow the hunt, so that he could watch them. Some accounts say it was deer hunting that he watched. Taylor's 1765 map of Dorset describes it as an 'Observatory'

The Historic Pubs of London, Part 2: The Albert is a large Victorian pub built in 1864. The pub has survived virtually in its original form with large etched glass windows, an ornate ceiling and among its other features the Prime Ministers Gallery, Queen Victoria's napkin and the Parliamentary Division Bell.
